Foliage Report #9

October 6, 2007

Unseasonably warm temperatures continue to hamper the foliage change. Conditions remain mostly little to low change across the region with the exception of the higher elevations of northeast West Virginia and extreme western Maryland where moderate color change has been reported.

Leaf drop is still low to very low throughout the region.
