Foliage Report #22

November 15, 2003

The foliage season in mostly finished in the Southeast. Any remaining color is isolated to eastern North Carolina.

Leaf drop in much of the region is nearly complete to complete. The exception to the rule is in eastern North Carolina where the leaf drop is high.

This is the final report for the 2003 season. The Foliage Network reports will resume in September of 2004.
