Peak colors can be found in central Maryland, much of the western two-thirds of Virginia, western North Carolina and eastern Tennessee. In eastern sections of Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina, foliage color is moderate to high. Western Tennessee is also experiencing high foliage color. Conditions are past peak in much of West Virginia.
Leaf drop is moderate to high throughout the region.
